Trends is an annual two-day meeting, now in its 34th year. The aim of the meeting is to present the latest advances in ophthalmology for the most topical subjects. Delegate numbers routinely reach 170 and the meeting is often oversubscribed.
Not only is Trends well-attended by consultants, associate specialists, SPRs and staff grades, but it is always full to capacity with exhibitors offering an interesting and varied commercial exhibition.
The current venue for Trends is proving extremely successful: The Royal Society offers a central London location and an amazing building steeped in history, with facilities and food to match.
And for the first time this year there will be a Delegate and Speakers’ Drinks Reception on Thursday evening following the Michael Sanders Lecture.
Please note, due to popular demand the next meeting has moved to Thursday 4th and Friday 5th February 2010.
Trends raises funds for Eyehope, Registered Charity Number 1119866.
