If you would like to register for Trends 2011 and pay by credit or debit card, please click on one of the
options below. PLEASE NOTE – there is an additional charge for credit card payments. If you would like to book the Trends charity dinner in aid of Eyehope on Thursday evening, please click on the relevent option below that includes the dinner booking. If you would like to book the dinner for a guest, please pay for their place separately using the ’Charity dinner for guest’ button below.
Payment by cheque
Registration fees for cheque payments are the same as those listed above for debit cards. If you

Make cheques payable to Eyehope.
Please use the Eyehope address when posting your registration forms and cheques. Please do not send them to the Royal Society.
Final registration deadline: Friday 28th January 2011.
Registration fees include the academic meeting, the commercial exhibition, all refreshments and lunch,
and the evening Delegates’ and Speakers’ Drinks Reception on Thursday 3rd February.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer on-the-day registrations.
Please note that spaces at this conference are limited and will be allocated on a strictly first come, first
served basis.
Cancellation policy
Before Friday 17th December 2010, 100% of the delegate fees will be refunded (minus an administration charge of £20). Between Friday 17th December and Friday 21st January 2011, 75% of the delegate fee will be refunded (minus an administration charge of £20). After Friday 21st January, delegate fees cannot be refunded but delegate name changes can be made for an administration charge of £20. Full refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the Eyehope Trustees.
